ANGRY BAG CAMPAIGN

Raise awareness among airport travelers about forgotten or misplaced luggage—using a light, playful approach rather than fear-based messaging. The goal: create an attention-grabbing campaign that feels universal, accessible, and instantly readable across busy airport environments.

Give luggage a voice.
The campaign personifies abandoned suitcases as frustrated, grumpy characters—turning a functional safety message into a humorous visual experience. The tone is human, lively, and fun, encouraging passengers to stay attentive without adding stress.

Airport is our new home

The campaign was deployed across multiple airport media touchpoints to maximize visibility in high-traffic environments. A series of posters and large-format billboards presented different “angry” luggage personalities, each paired with short, direct copy reminding travelers not to forget their bags.

In parallel, animated sequences were created for digital screens throughout the terminals, showing suitcases reacting, tapping, or grumbling to catch attention. These loopable motion formats were designed specifically for airport display systems, ensuring quick readability and impact within the constant flow of passengers.
